Sudip is the managing director of World Trailfinder Adventure treks and comes from Sindhupalchowk district to the north west of Kathmandu.After finishing his studies in Kathmandu, Sudip discovered a passion for trekking and the mountains of Nepal.Soon after, he was working for one of the leading companies involved in the trekking industry and eventually became one of the leading guides for them.He continued his work with them until 2004 when he met his friend and partner Mr Gary Parkinson.Shortly after World Trailfinder adventure treks was born.Sudip has trekked extensively to many remote parts of Nepal and became one of the leading guides offering a warm and friendly service to his customers.He also has experience of trekking in north India,Tibet,Bhutan,Darjeeling and Sikkim.During his time in Darjeeling he also completed a mountaineering and rock climbing course.A few years ago he also completed the Everest marathon.A true mountain man.
Badri Bahadur Tamang

Badri Bhadur Motan Badri is leading tour expert and industry leader with over seven years experience in dealing with customers. He is a dynamic and hard working professional who is looking for the expansion of his skills and knowledge giving a full satisfaction to the customers. He is a genuine team members and always ready to learn new things. He is enthusiastic, professional and responsible computer literate with his intuitive leadership skills. Beginning his career as a professional marketing manager at World trail Finder, he is looking to obtain a challenging position linking World Trail Finder with international companies with the sole philosophy of customer care and complete satisfaction. Positive and keen to succeed, Mr. Tamang has been able to adapt quickly and efficiently to his working environment.Always self determined and love to keep himself always busy, he has recently completed his Master Degree examination in Humanities and Social Sciences in English in First Division from Tribhuvan University, the most Renown University in Nepal. Badri was previously responsible for counseling and recruiting as a Counseling & Recruitment Manager at Webster International Academy. He has also served as a Department head (HoD) of English at Gyan Niketan Higher Secondary School. Badri has joined World Trail Finder in 2007 as a Marketing Executive & (UK REPRESENTATIVE) and has created a number of benefits to the clients of World Trail with full satisfaction.

Mohan Tamang

Mohan is from Sindhupalchok district, a young experience cock for the company and store keeper. He makes tea, coffee, run over paying telephone bills, internet bills, submit cash report to the bank, keep record of camping stuffs , utensils, trekking and mountain equipments, porters and guides equipments and repaired the trekking stoves, Gas and kerosene lamps. Sometimes he prepare foods for all office staffs in the occasion of office years, new years, festivals and some special events as well as our mountain trip group members as guest/ clients. He likes mostly when the mountain crew summit the top and he often involve organizing Puja for successful trekking and mountain expedition. Mr, Mingma Sherpa Born in 1985 in the Sankha Sova district of Nepal. He is physical strong, well knowledge of mountaineering leadership and he is a way ahead to summit each and every mountains that he plans. He says, Mountains are like a second home and playing yard to him, he climbed almost all the trekking peak and the three of the 8000 meter peaks, with two attempts at the Mount Everest. The current year expeditions are cho oyu and Ama Dablam.
