Where World Trail Finders Adventure Trek will lead you to witness this wonderful Shangri-la hidden behind high massive peaks of Ganesh and Manaslu Himal range of mountains, on the least trekked country of Tsum by other flow of visitors and still remains a virgin country within pristine natural surroundings of snowcapped peaks, green valley and rolling hills.

Tsum of Tibetan origin known as “Beyul  Kyimolung” meaning “Valley of Happiness”, certainly a country of purity of pristine nature untouched and undisturbed by outside world, retaining its culture and custom as it was past hundreds of centuries living life of old medieval period time very rare to find in this part of the globe.

Our exciting journey leads towards inner and high areas of Tsum valley at highest point of the walk at Mu Gompa around 3,700 meter high, an interesting and remote spot with unbelievable views of Ganesh Himal and towards Manaslu range of peaks, exploring ancient monasteries of Mu and Rachen including a visit of 11th centaury saint Milarepa mediating cave.

Tsum Valley trek ends after following the same route back to lower areas of Gorkha district at Soti-Khola and Arughat villages into warm places of paddy fields and farm villages, enjoying at Tatopani (hot-spring) and then concluding this beautiful and marvelous journey with an exciting drive to Kathmandu with great guidance and management of World Trail Finders Adventure team of expert guide and staff.

Note:

Tsum Valley and around Nepal Mid West region was badly affected by 25th April and 12th May 1916 huge earthquake, life is returning back to normal, Tsum area at present slowly getting popular with limited trekkers. 

Brief Itinerary:

Day 01:      Arrival in Kathmandu 1,315 m via respective airlines and transfer to hotel.
Day 02:      In Kathmandu sightseeing tour at places of interest.
Day 03:      Drive to Soti Khola 730 m - 05hrs
Day 04:      Trek to Machha khola 930m - 06 hrs
Day 05:      Trek to Jagat 1,410m - 06 hrs
Day 06:      Trek to Lakuwa 2,2400m - 05 hrs
Day 07:      Trek to Chumling 2,386 m - 06 hours.
Day 08:      Trek to Chokhan-paro 3,010 m - 05 hours.
Day 09:      Trek to Nele 3,361m after a visiting Milarepa cave - 07 hours.

Day 10:      Trek to Mu Gompa 3,700 m - 04 hours.

Day 11:      Rest day at Mu Gompa visit local village and monastery.
Day 12:      Trek to Rachen Gompa 3,240 m - 05 hours.

Day 13:      Trek back to Chumling 2,386 m - 06 hours.
Day 14:      Trek to Philim 1,590 m - 07 hours.
Day 15:      Trek to Tatopani (Hot Spring) - 06 hours.

Day 16:      Trek to Soti-Khola 7 30 m - 06 hours.

Day 17:      Drive to Kathmandu via Dhadingbesi - 06 hrs.

Day 18:       International departure homeward bound.
