Starting this adventurous journey Everest Base Camp & Kalapathar Trekking with an early morning flight to Lukla town with world’s unique airstrip, and then walking past lovely Sherpa villages of Phakding-Monjo to reach famous Namche Bazaar, a large village and Sherpa’s capital of Khumbu region where we will have rest day for acclimatization before heading higher areas of Khumbu.

Walk leads into serene woodland of lovely forest, covered with rhododendron-pines-birch-oaks and fir trees with super views of snowcapped peaks and then reaching a picturesque spot at Tengboche monastery surrounded by green forest and beautiful views of Mt. Everest and towering Mt. Amadablam.

Finally walk leads to our main highlight and destination at Everest base camp located within huge Khumbu Icefalls and glaciers with stunning views of surrounding high peaks, after a glorious moment heading on top of Kalapathar our highest point of the adventure, where you will be soaked with views of mountains including Mt. Everest at closest distance.

Everest Base Camp & Kalapathar Trekking finally completes at Lukla with scenic flight back to Kathmandu, after a most memorable experience of a life time adventure with World Trail Finders Adventure Trek.

Brief Itinerary:

Day 01:            Arrive in Kathmandu 1,315m and transfer o hotel.
Day 02:            In Kathmandu with sightseeing tour at places of interest.
Day 03:            Fly to Lukla 2,820 m & trek to Phakding 2,640 m - 04 hrs.
Day 04:            Trek to Namche Bazaar 3,440 m - 05 hrs.
Day 05:            Rest day at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization and excursion.
Day 06:            Trek to Tengboche 3,867 m - 05 hrs.
Day 07:            Trek to Dingboche 4,260 m - 05 hrs.
Day 08:            Rest day at Dingboche for acclimatization and short hike.
Day 09:            Trek to Lobuche 4,930 m - 05 hrs.
Day 10:            Trek to Gorakshep 5,170 m and to Everest Base Camp 5,364 m - 06 hrs.
Day 11:            Hike to Kalapathar 5,545 m and walk to Pheriche 4,240m - 05 hrs.
Day 12:            Trek to Tengboche - 05 hrs.
Day 13:            Trek to Monjo 2,860m - 06 hrs.
Day 14:            Trek back to Lukla with free afternoon and last overnight in Khumbu.
Day 15:            Fly back to Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel.
Day 16:            In Kathmandu free and reserve day for individual activities.
Day 17:            Final International departure homeward bound.
